What is the height of the entire cage? The dimensions on the description say 74 inches high however in the measurements inside the picture it says 62 inches high.

Yikes, I love A&E cages and have a few over the years. This one (Platinum), however, came with rust. I thought I was going crazy at first ("new cages don't come with rust!), but there are small sections of metal that have rusty powder. The tray came out of the box slightly discolored where it was touching the metal and there was rust on the bubble wrap. I needed it too badly to return it, but will NEVER buy another cage from Chewy. Super disappointed. Not sure if was in a super damp environment or got wet somehow. Otherwise, the cage itself is awesome! They could not have made it easier to assemble and it is the perfect size for my green-cheek conure. My favorite part is the lock! Now the munchkin can't escape like she did at her previous home (she came to me in a small cage with 12+ zip-ties)! Bottom line- I recommend this cage, but I would be warry about ordering it from Chewy.

Perfect flight cage!

Love the color, sturdiness, size and my cockatiel loves moving around and about in it! Even got storage bins for the bottom so it matches the rest of the room.

Our budgies have room to fly a little, and the cat can’t tip their cage. I like that the food-bowl window is up high in the cage, because our birds never used the lower boles in their old cage. As an added safety measure (because of a curious cat that would try to climb on top of their old cage), I zip tied the cage to the base at each corner. But it seemed sturdy enough without doing this.

Very happy with this cage. It was super easy to assemble in my opinion. I had someone help me put it together as the instructions say it takes two people. But honestly,

Very happy with this cage. It was super easy to assemble in my opinion. I had someone help me put it together as the instructions say it takes two people. But honestly, someone could do it alone. It wasn’t hard. There are a few “rust” looking spots which I found odd. But not bad, or nearly enough to bother me. I did notice bars are a little more flimsy than my previous cage, but my parakeets aren’t strong enough to bend them.

I bought 2 of these cages. I love A&E cages for their bird safe paint and well built cages. This is a very large lighter weight cage , built really well. I have 2 gcc conure parrots in one and the other is for my 2 cockatiels. There could well be 3 or 4 in this large cage. But with 2 birds in each ots like having them a dream home. Room to fly a bit and room for many perches and toys. They feel like they are in a treehouse. They are having so much fun jumping around and being active. For $200. This is the cage. Ot also has very large are with bottom shelf for storage. Make sure you have the room . Its a large flight cage. Great for parakeets too.

I purchased the same cage in blue two years ago and it was perfect. The one I received today had eight spots where areas were sharp enough to seriously harm any bird. I had to file the area down with a dremel. Check your cage!!! Touch every area just to be sure. Don't let your feathered friend find it before you do.

I love the quality and size of this cage. This is my second purchase of this style cage. The hammered black looks great with the wood perches and my caique has a good amount of space to explore and play! Definitely suggest this cage for small to small-medium birds. One mention: there is a door at the top that pops open easily. I think a bird could escape. We zip tie ours shut so that there is no issue with it.
