Hated it!

I have previously given my sweet cat pain medication by Pet Alive, “ComfyPet Pain Relief”. Which she took beautifully. She loved the taste and would actually lick

I have previously given my sweet cat pain medication by Pet Alive, “ComfyPet Pain Relief”. Which she took beautifully. She loved the taste and would actually lick the dropper applicator until it was empty. But it’s not carried by Chewy anymore, which was extremely disappointing. I ended up getting the closest I could find, the Earth Animal Aches & Discomfort. It too uses a dropper for application. This stuff stinks to high heaven and she absolutely refuses it. As I mentioned, she would willingly take the Earth Animal, licking every drop. I have to forcibly hold her head to just squirt it in her mouth, if I get lucky and can do it quickly, unaware. She slung her and spit, medication flight everywhere. After giving it to her quickly the very first time without restraint. The next time she saw me near the cabinet I returned it to that first time, she bolts and hides. So I have to sneak it and must restrain her head. Why a company would produce something for an animal with this foul order as well as clearly the horrible taste is beyond me. And to cats? Now I have an entire bottle unable to use. Advice to self, find another company that sells the palatable medication. O, I left out, the alternate suggestion was putting it in their water. Really, is she supposed to be fooled by putting this smelly, horrible tasting stuff in her water???

My 8 yo bully has always been very rambunctious. And when she was younger, I definitely wished she would slow down. But now that she is getting older, I can definitely tell she has slowed down and it has made me so sad. I've been looking for something that is grain free and chicken free. That will help with her mobility. And this seems to be the easiest thing that I have been able to find as well as the most effective. She loves getting it in her food. I love the way it smells. And I love that. It's such a good quality product. I definitely recommend this to anyone with essenior dog with mobility issues.
