Our little boy has liver shunts and pvh-mvd. With this disease it's common to have urinary issues and kidney stones. We were using d-manose with success but it was hard to get that large chewable in my tiny dog. So after 3 years we decided to try this since it's also natural. Note that the ingredients say proprietary blend and that's when I probably should have not purchased it. Now the company is telling me to contact my veterinarian to see if it's okay to give my dog. Well if it's a proprietary blend, unless someone has a crystal ball, no one can answer that question. My dog had a terrible hepatic encapathy episode after using these drops for 2 weeks. The last 48 hours were scary. We've stopped the drops and he's doing great now. So beware if your dog has liver disease

When our aging dog started having some incontinence issues, this worked for us for nearly 2 years. Her conditioning is worsening so we need a option, however, after stopping it for a couple of days while trying a new medication, we did notice that her incontinence was worse. So,while it may not prevent it altogether, it still is supporting her. Highly recommend for milder cases!

It really seems to work. A uti came on and I couldn’t get to the vet, one day of giving this twice and probiotic feline gut sooth he was already better! I need to continue once a day for awhile.
