Alcohol in the ingredients? Isn't alcohol poisonous for cats? What type of alcohol?

This supplement is safe for pets and has been around and in use for over 30 years. Alcohol is traditionally used in the preparation of flower essences and herbal tinctures. Alcohol is excellent for extracting the compounds and active ingredients that aren't water-soluble, such as essential oils, alkaloids, and resins. It's also the only edible solvent that can effectively extract all the benefits of the plants into a tincture. Without the alcohol there would be very little shelf life to the products as well.

Are there any cases where this product relieved cataract blindness in dogs ?

I had high hopes for this eye supplement because my pup, 14 lbs, 11 years old, has Glaucoma on her left eye. She was doing fine with prescription eye drops. The

I had high hopes for this eye supplement because my pup, 14 lbs, 11 years old, has Glaucoma on her left eye. She was doing fine with prescription eye drops. The first day I started this supplement giving her 5 drops in the morning with her meds and other natural supplements for heart, joints, and liver, I noticed BOTH her pupils were dilated to the max. By evening, she was staring blank. My fingers were an inch from her nose, and she couldn't see or smell the peanut butter in front of her. She behaved as though she had aged years. Her eyes were staring at nothing as though she was blind. This went on for 10 days. I decided to stop yesterday, and her pupils returned to where they should have been. I can't believe this supplement could cause this. With so many excellent reviews, I am so upset that this happened. I didn't take a picture of her pupils diabetes to the max, and I'm not going to put her through it just to get a picture. I highly recommend observing your pet's closely, and hope this doesn't happen to your pup.

My dog has glaucoma so I bought this product in hopes that it would help minimize her situation. As I’ve only been using it for 2 days, her eye seems to be less swollen/irritated. I can’t say it’s a complete fix, at least not yet, but it definitely is helping! So if you’re thinking about getting this to keep your animals eye healthy, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad idea!! P.s. these drops have not affected my dogs stool in any way.

I had an outdoor kitten who could not see past the infection in his eyes. The doctors said there was nothing I could do unless I were able to catch him and put the antibiotics in his eyes. That kitten did not let me near him but ate the food I left. So I did some research and found this product and put a couple of drops in his food and water. In two weeks his eyes were clear and bright. Now that cat, age two is waiting for adoption in the Cleveland APL along with his friend Star. The two must go together because they have bonded. I still use this for the outdoor and my indoor community once or twice a week to maintain their immunity. Research your herbs and know that I am not a doctor but a believer that all medicine came from nature and we need to go back to nature to thrive.
