Quality control issue

I think I got a bad batch because it’s solid gel-like mass and I’m unable to squeeze it out the bottle. It does smell great though. I’ll try another bottle next

Finally today we were able to resume using our dog bathing set-up and try this new product. Boy did she need it! She is now soft and shiny and actually smells good!
