What type of bone broth is used?

How much sugar is produced from the honey, glycerin, and peas per treat?

Earthborn Holistic has not calculated how much sugar is produced from the honey, glycerin, and peas per treat. Honey is about 70% sugar (of which 40% is fructose and 30% is glucose; table sugar is 100% sucrose, which is 50% glucose and 50% fructose). Based on honey inclusion in the treats, the honey contributes 8% in sugar. As for glycerin and peas, glycerin does not include any sugar (no fructose or glucose) and the amount of glucose found in peas (field peas in this case) is negligible. Calculated carbohydrate content would be 47% but does not account for the fiber present (although not much in these treats). Each treat is about 3.7 grams, so each treat is about 1.4 grams of carbohydrates. Calculated kcals from NFE (another nutritional measurement of carbohydrates that includes fiber), would be about 1.5 kcal per treat.

Both of our dogs love it
