Better than the exterminator!

Works great in getting rid of phorid flies, but you have to be diligent with treating your pipes every night until the flies stop lay eggs and hatching. Recommend

Works great in getting rid of phorid flies, but you have to be diligent with treating your pipes every night until the flies stop lay eggs and hatching. Recommend also covering drains once you pour in the liquid to keep flies in the pipe with the treatment.

I live in a wooded area near cranberry bogs. I was getting many gnats in my house which I believe were coming through the drains. I used this product for 10 nights

I live in a wooded area near cranberry bogs. I was getting many gnats in my house which I believe were coming through the drains. I used this product for 10 nights in a row then I went to 1 time a week and it solved my gnat problem. I only need to use it in the summer months. It smells like peppermint. I did not follow the directions exactly. I did not fill up my sinks and wait 2 hours. I just added it to my drains at bedtime and let it do its thing.

This product pours out like a syrupy oil. Be sure to wear nitrile or latex gloves. I poured it into a paper cup for more control, and then discarded the paper

This product pours out like a syrupy oil. Be sure to wear nitrile or latex gloves. I poured it into a paper cup for more control, and then discarded the paper cup afterwards. It is very strong but does the trick. Yes, I recommend it to others but be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle. IMPORTANT: Store this bottle in a safe place away from your children and your pets.

Do not use this anywhere your animals can get to. My cat likes to jump on my bathroom sink and I suspect she got a little on her at some point because she went into heart failure and has almost died twice now. Everything leads to a toxin causing this since she’s 5. So don’t be like me and have to spend 10k to Save your cat.

This does work, however, I find it doesn’t work any better than this less expensive method: At night:Baking soda, salt, dish liquid, vinegar. Then boiled water in the morning. I found similar results, and this is less than $1. Per treatment. Just like the expensive product, it does need to be repeated a few times. The home remedy works a little better. I give 3 stars, as it does in fact work. It’s convenient, only 1 product needed. I wouldn’t buy it again due to the price vs. the availability of a much less expensive better option.

Doesn't work and takes at least 8hrs

Bought the 32oz size and not only is it not effective but also requires 8oz per drain, with over 2hrs prep and then 6hrs of non-use. then it says to repeat daily

Bought the 32oz size and not only is it not effective but also requires 8oz per drain, with over 2hrs prep and then 6hrs of non-use. then it says to repeat daily for a week, or for severe infestations every day for 3 weeks. Even if you have just one drain there are only 4 treatments in this bottle... not even enough for a week, let alone 3. If you have a double sink that is only 2 days, with so much prep and time. Nobody has that kind of time every day nor does it work after one or two treatments or show any decrease in fruit flys and drain flies and gnats. I will go back to using things like bleach or Drano as this is useless even for kitchens or bathtub/shower drains and wasted a ton of water too while you then can't have access to your sinks for 8hrs a day. Don't bother.

Instead of just pouring 8 oz. , in drain before going to bed, there are steps to be taken before application. Not what I was hoping for. How do I return to get my money back?? I can't add a photo, as I am not good with getting a photo from my phone, to my computer. If you would like, I can text a photo of smeared label, if you have a phone number I can text it to. Works great!

I had drain flies and tried many things. This took care of them. These critters require a 2 part solution. They are coming in the house from somewhere and getting

I had drain flies and tried many things. This took care of them. These critters require a 2 part solution. They are coming in the house from somewhere and getting in the drains. They don't just magically appear. I noticed lots of these things in a window sill in my bedroom. Once I investigated, there was caulk that had lifted and it was staying wet underneath. The drain flies were loving it. Anyway, fixed that and am now only seeing one or 2 in the tub. I'm pretty sure they should be gone in the next day or 2. I highly recommend this product.
