Changed the points in both dog's ecollar to avoid any allergic reactions to the regular points that the collars came with. Also switched to 3/8 size due to their short hair. Always great fast shipping by Chewy!

Item received is not titanium and does not match picture on website

I ordered these because my dog was having allergic reactions to the standard contact points that come with the ecollar. I confirmed the length and titanium material

I ordered these because my dog was having allergic reactions to the standard contact points that come with the ecollar. I confirmed the length and titanium material was what I wanted, and matched what was on e-collars website. When it arrived it was in a bag labeled “titanium contact points.” But the contact points were not titanium like in the picture, they were the exact same as what came with the collar. I called, they sent a replacement. Still wrong. They refunded me and I’m ordering directly from ecollar. Lost about a week and a half of valuable training opportunities because of the delays this caused. Just order straight from ecollar and skip chewy- They are packaging the wrong item.

Longer prongs for fatty neck dogs, great for e-collar

These work better than the original prongs that come with the e-collar-my dog has a very fatty neck (lab hound mix) and it works overall great. Wish they were available
