This arrived tightly rolled is a small box, and had apparently been hastily stuffed in, because not only is it in a permanently slinky shape, but also has several sharp, severe folds - one on the "ear" and one right in the middle. I'm unable to get it to lay flat at all. It's also way too light and flimsy to withstand any sort of cat traffic even if its warpage didn't present a trip hazard.

Poor shipping ruined product
