Spacious, Non-Restricting Pockets

I got my cat this new kennel because her old one was much too small and I felt bad cramming her in it. Originally, I purchased a different one, but didn't realize how small it was. Chewy was great and helped me return it so that she could get something right for her. Anyways, the kennel has two support bars that you install to lessen how collapsed it stays after shipping. I was able to use the pockets without squishing her in the kennel. She also fits wonderfully, and I can give her pets through the small, zippered holes without fear of her getting out. The seatbelt buckles work as intended and make driving a lot safer for her. The inserted bottom also helps keep her stable when her kennel is being carried. With this, the shoulder strap is actually quite useful and doesn't deform the bag as many other kennels do. Definitely a great purchase and my loooong kitty really loves the extra space!

I think the price makes it worth the purchase for a visit to the vet or a shorter trip. My biggest gripe is it kinda folds up when you lift it especially if your pet is a bit chonky. One of my cats is average and the other is a bit heavier. It kinda smushes her. The bottom needs to be more secure to hold the crate in proper position.

I'm going to start this review by saying how important it is to train your pet to feel comfortable staying inside any pet carrier well before you travel with them,

I'm going to start this review by saying how important it is to train your pet to feel comfortable staying inside any pet carrier well before you travel with them, even if they're already crate trained. This travel crate comes with a piece of paper with this warning, but I worry about how many people ignore it and force their animal into a tiny collapsible container and expect them to be ok with it right off the bat. My dog is fully crate trained but it still took about 2 weeks of gradual, consistent posititive encouragement for him to be comfortable enough to walk inside it fully on his own and another week or two and lie down and stay inside on his own volition (eventually he would go in there voluntarily whenever I sat at my desk, because he knew that's where he'd get treats!). It's smaller than a regular crate, and darker inside than most, so it may take some time for them to get used to being in it. Having said that, once my dog was used to being in it, he was totally fine. His first time flying, he did great at the airport and was comfortable inside the crate during the flight. The side strap was very useful for slipping over the pull strap of a wheeled suitcase, making it easier to move through the airport. The ample side pockets were very convenient places to store his leash, a small toy, and extra potty pads. Would recommend!

I bought this to pick up my adopted kitten and it was perfect for the flight home. It has plenty of ventilation/visibility. I appreciated the small zippered opening

I bought this to pick up my adopted kitten and it was perfect for the flight home. It has plenty of ventilation/visibility. I appreciated the small zippered opening so I could pat my kitten without worrying about her escaping. There are many compartments for snacks, poop bags, etc., and the color is nice and vibrant. It doesn't have a ton of padding, so I put a small blanket in the bottom. Great product.

Great product. I had two and when I got a 3rd kitten, I went back and found this product to get another. I will say, the bottom board that holds the structure of the bag, falls out rather easy. But it’s also very much needed for removing the cloth covering to clean in case they have an accident in the carrier.

This carrier is perfect. It has pockets. Very helpful when traveling (doggy bag, brushes, leashes, vaccines papers etc...) The bag is the perfect size for my 4 lbs yorkshire. The handles are long enough to carry on my shoulshoulder and there is a longer strap if needed. The quality is very good and the design as well. I was careful to take this brand.
