Better than dental nuggets

My cat chews longer on the stick form of these treats compared to a typical cat dental treat nugget. This removes more plaque from her gumline - which is really important because my cat had to have a tooth removed due to dental disease at an early age. I discussed with my veterinarian and she said the sticks are a great idea. My cat's teeth are free of plaque after using Feline Dental Stixx for about 6 months. The pumpkin in the formula is good for a cat's digestion, too.

mixed feelings

My two indoor cats would not touch these, but I gave one to. my friend for her semi feral and she said she gobbled it right up.....so, unfortunately, didn't work for me...but may work for some....

Too hard to chew

These dental treats were just too hard. My cat played with it for a few, and then left it alone. He managed to bite it in half, and then said it wasn't worth the effort and walked away. Sorry but it's a "no go" for Oreo!

Nice and hard

I'm glad these are hard because it forces the kitties to break them down. One of my 3 just scarfs down treats.. these she chews because they are longer. I only give them one each per day. We now how have a routine going and they expect their treat after lunch.

Finally!!!

Yes, finally, a dental treat that my cats like and actually have to CHEW. They enjoy the other Feline Dental Treats by Emerald Pet but one bite and they are gone. My boy just inhales them. They have to chew these Stixx so I hope they are working on those little teeth x 4 cats.

Great for gluttonous cats

My cats just swallow whole the normal sized dental treats, completely ruining the point of them to help with tooth/gum scraping. These have been great as they are too big for them to swallow whole, forcing them to chew their food.

Not what I expected

My cat likes to chew on flat chicken chews. While he liked the flavor of this one he could only lick it, it was too large for him to chomp on.

Good for larger cats

Both of my cats immediately loved the treats, but one of them stopped eating them after a couple of days. She's on the smaller side and she's not used to chewing a lot, so I think they're too hard for her. My other cat is bigger and crunches right through these! They're the only dental treat he actually chews and doesn't swallow whole.

Interested but neither cat finishes

Kiwi eats everything but doesn't finish these. I tried a couple times now. They just don't like them!
