This crate is not designed to be used inside of a vehicle. It is intended to be an every-day crate, rather they are an extremely economical convenience crate
Is this okay for a puppy? Do they rip up the mesh?

This crate is suitable for puppies but a determined pup may be able to rip through the mesh.

Works Great for What We Need

My chorkie was dx'd with IVDD and had a really bad flare. She was put on crate rest for 6 weeks. I found that she had more pain and stiffness at bedtime and first thing in the morning so I purchased this soft crate for her to sleep in. I put the FurHaven orthopedic sofa (without the bolster) in it so she could sleep comfortably. This crate has come in handy on many occasions and when it wears out I'll definitely purchase another.

Perfect

We ordered 3 of the pop up crates for our RV. We can pop them up quickly when we need to leave dogs in van. They fold up small so we can put them away and store till needed again. Works perfectly.

Did not last a day

This soft sided crate is VERY VERY POOR quality!! The seam at the zipper came undone whereas my dog came right out the first day!!!

Served its purpose

We bought 3 of these to transport our cats from SC to NY to attend a wedding traveling by car.They were great and served the purpose perfectly. Sturdy enough and open and airy so the cats could see out and get air. Very roomy, we were able to place a cat bed in each so they could sleep and there was still plenty of room for limited walking around and stretching. Easy to wipe clean afterwards and folds flat for storage. Not sure if these could be depended on for long term every day use to house a pet , but for quick safe trips or to corral a pet temporarily they’re perfect. And the price is perfect too!!

Quick and Useful

I use this crate to transport a 20+ pound sheltie and a 14.4 pound poodle mix at separate times. Both dogs have gotten out when I had someone else zip it. I make sure to zip the door all of the way to the top and I have had no problems. When popped open, it fills up the backseat of our sedan, so nobody else can sit there beside of it. When I am not using it, I fold it over flat. (I have not mastered the part where you twist it to make the crate even smaller...) I keep it in the trunk with a towel that I always put inside of the crate and it doesn’t take up much room. I bought it last year and it gets used about one day a week with the larger dog and it looks just like new.

Warped on arrival

This crate is very disappointing as it arrived warped out of the box. The crate will not rest level and the door will not zip easily as the crate is so twisted. Returning this item will be nearly impossible as there is no way to get it back in the original box.

Just what I expected

Just what I need for when we go away and take our Elsa. More convenient than tagging along her kennel. I would not recommend it for an over actively dog. Only one that is used to sleeping in a kennel.

I destroyed it

I am a 3 month old puppy and I was able both to undo the zipper flap from the inside and distort the frame within two days. Now I drag it around the house with my sharp little teeth. Good toy, bad crate.
