Royal canin is the manufacture of Eukanuba. It is manufactured in a Mars facility that is privately owned.

How long can an opened bag be fed before it spoils?

We guarantee that dry and canned goods will always be at least 3 months from expiring. To help maintain freshness, it is recommended to secure the bag once opened. If you want to store the food in a plastic container, keep the food inside the bag and then place the bag in a sealed, opaque container. Store the food in a cool, dry place. Do not store the food in the sunlight or heat as it can speed up the decaying process and kill vitamins and nutrients in the food.

Can you tell me how long a 33lb bag will last. I have a lab and feed twice daily.

The feeding chart may be located by clicking the “Feeding Instructions” tab, on the product page. There will be approximately 4 cups of kibble per pound. The 16 pound bag will have close to 64 cups and the 33 pound bag close to 132 cups. To determine how long the bag will last, divide the approximate amount of cups in the bag by the amount of cups your pet will be fed per day.

Hello, I receive deliveries of the dog’s food so that I don’t have to carry 40 lb bags very far. Having the food delivered to the front door is a great help for me. I was out of town and the uber driver couldn’t get around the box so he also dropped me at the bottom of the driveway. Do you think you can communicate to delivery partner this isn’t acceptable. BTW it was also rainy to make matters worse

This food has been our family go to since the early 2000's at least. We have always had Doberman's and this food has been a tried and true for heart health, joint stability, nutrients, and has been well liked by three of our Dobies. I have a senior pitt mix who also enjoyed the food. When our budget allows, this is a no brained for us. We have between the two, 180lb of dogs we feed twice a day and we get a 40lb bag every 4 weeks.

Our dog, now about a year old, was switched to this food from Purina Pro Plan because she stopped eating it. This food was great for her flavor-wise, but after about

Our dog, now about a year old, was switched to this food from Purina Pro Plan because she stopped eating it. This food was great for her flavor-wise, but after about a week, she began itching excessively and scabbing. We were convinced it was mange, but she has not had any exposure to anything that she hadn’t previously to switching foods. She had no issues beforehand. I guess she realized the food is doing it to her because she refuses to touch it now unless she is starving. Will likely have to return and find a new food instead. I’m not sure all dogs will have this issue, but I’ve seen more owners report this about their friends switching over as well.
