Use A Gradual Transition: Introduce the new food progressively over a four day period by mixing it with your pet's previous food. Begin with a proportion of about 25% new food to 75% previous food. Gradually increase the amount of new food and decrease the amount of previous food until you are feeding only the new diet.
Maintain Normal Feeding Patterns: Feed your dog or cat at the same time each day and in the same area. Use the same bowl, and avoid making abrupt changes to feeding routines.
Enhance Appeal: If your pet tends to be finicky about new foods (this is especially common with some cats), you can boost the appeal of the new food by mixing a little warm water with the food or by initially hand feeding a few pieces. If you mix food with water, discard any uneaten portion after 20 minutes to prevent spoilage.

My two dals are loving it
By Vsimms on Dec 30, 2020
I switched over from medium breed puppy to large breed puppy for my two Dalmatian puppies since they passed the weight for a medium breed dog. They definitely LOVE the large breed over the medium. I mix in a little dog friendly bone broth that I also get from chewy and they gobble it up. Eukanuba seems to set well with both my Dalmatians sensitive stomach and skin issues. Will definitely be using adult when we get there.

Great Puppy Chow
By Maggie on Feb 5, 2021
10 month old Great Dane loves this puppy chow. Plus has all the nutrients she needs as a large breed. Plus so easy with receiving from Chewy. Fewer trips to pick up puppy chow due to the large bag coming directly to our house.

Great food
By Kimmy on Jan 7, 2021
We had our first dog on Eukanuba food but our second couldn't handle it. Now our third pup can't handle the older dog's brand so we came back to E! I only wish the kibble was a little smaller than it is. Not much, but just a little. No issues with stomach on Eukanuba with this pup!

Sniff and walk away!
By AtlastheGreat on Feb 11, 2021
Our Great Dane must not like the smell, he just sniffs and walks away. I've read really good reviews, and wanted to try it for him, but he just won't eat it. He is a little picky though!

good puppy food
By Jesi on Jan 5, 2021
My lab mix (1/2 lab, 1/4 husky, 1/4 pitbull) has been on this food since I got her at 9 weeks. There was 1 bag that for some reason gave her tummy troubles but chewy refunded me and I ordered a new bag and all has been good! She likes it and her poops seems to be quality not quantity.

Great Dog Food
By BloodhoundOtis on Jan 19, 2021
Otis looks forward to the Chewy box’s arrival. He loves the food but what he doesn’t know is it is quality, healthy food. When I put into a baggie instead of his bowl it is his favorite treat.

Chunks too large
By Swalrus on Dec 25, 2020
While we read really good reviews of this type of food, when we got it the chunks of the food are very large for a puppies mouth. Our puppy is a golden retriever and would grow into the food but the chunks are too large for him now. So I can’t really recommend it for small puppies.

Dog hates it.
By Calli on Jan 1, 2021
Twenty years ago, this brand was any dog's favorite. Our new puppy will starve before touching this. Even tried mixing it with other brands and she still dodged every kibble.

Dog Ate Poop on This Food
By sloanandsunnie on Nov 22, 2020
Not sure if this is common with this food, but my puppy ate her poop on it. My puppy was also pooping very frequently and it was typically loose. I switched her to Diamond with hopes that it will be better. She loves this food though.
