Quality Collar
This collar has worked well for my 2 large breed babies. I've not used a martindale collar before but after some research I decided to purchase one. My big girl
This collar has worked well for my 2 large breed babies. I've not used a martindale collar before but after some research I decided to purchase one. My big girl 135lbs has refused to walk on a leash. A rope slip lead has lead to her pulling back and tightening which I believe enhanced her resistance. The thick leather and martindale design allowed for tightening and correction but immediate release and for the first time ever I was able to walk her a short distance without her pancaking on the ground. The collar didnt tighten as much as I expected and I could have sized down but I'm able to slip on and off with no problem. I just have to be more conscious of the placement since it is big.
Very good collar
I have this on my baby, and I have NO issues at all. It's soft, but it's extremely strong too. He's a puller when we walk because he get's excited, so I just pull

He's a puller when we walk because he get's excited, so I just pull back a little and say his name...he stops immediately and calms down. It's easy to adjust and slips right over his head. I can fit all of his tags on there too! Great investment.
Wet it down to stretch it
This collar went on my dog easily, but it was a little tight pulling it over her ears to take it off. I got the collar wet and gently but firmly stretched it out

I did that twice over a couple days and it worked perfectly! Now the collar fits well. I like the martingale chain; I tried a nylong martingale previously and it was bulky.
Small is way to large
This collar is way too small. It says size 10-15, Mishka is a 12, this collar slips right off and does not work as it should. I hope to return for an extra small

Great collar, but too big for my dog

Gentle correction collar
The collar is easily adjustable. The slight pressure is not a harsh correction while your fur friend is learning to walk with you on a leash.

Way too big
my 6 month old puppy has a 17 inch neck, I bought a large and there’s no way it will fit. he can get right out of it.

Though I followed the size chart, measuring her neck size. It was too big. I took it in but it still does not suit her.
