I'm comparing this Evanger's product with "Against the Grain" that is also salmon only. Several places online say the only differences are that Evanger's is "wild caught" while Against the Grain could have a mixture of "wild and sustainably farmed" and Against the Grain has additional guar gum.

All meats used in Evanger's formulas are sourced domestically within the USA. Evanger's utilizes high-quality, inspected meats to make highly palatable and nutritious foods. Depending on availability, the salmon in the recipe can be wild caught, farm-raised, or a mixture of the two.
