Missing item

I got my package my branch was in there I thought maybe they was just sending the thermostat separately but haven’t received anything they have been great till this

I got my package my branch was in there I thought maybe they was just sending the thermostat separately but haven’t received anything they have been great till this order. I couldn’t wait no more for a new thermostat so I had to go to the pet store and get one I really wanted this and had to spend the money twice be nice to get my money back but oh well.

Doesn't seem accurate

Doesn't have a digital display for temp so in addition to its probe I have individual probes on my enclosure. This is wildly inaccurate and kept heating 10 degrees

Doesn't have a digital display for temp so in addition to its probe I have individual probes on my enclosure. This is wildly inaccurate and kept heating 10 degrees past temp set. It literally never stayed steady even when I tried fo turn it down 10 degrees it just kept heating. Chewy was great and refunded me. I wont be trying this again however. Too scared I would accidentally overheat my enclosure.
