The recommended feeding amount is based off your pet's weight. Feed an average adult size cat 1 can per 2 ½ pounds of body weight. Kittens should be fed up to twice the adult amount.

We love the food and quick delivery. Packing needs improvement.

Due to the quality of the plastic used for the 9.75oz tub container of Greenie treats, the container shattered in shipping and the treats spilled inside the shipping

Due to the quality of the plastic used for the 9.75oz tub container of Greenie treats, the container shattered in shipping and the treats spilled inside the shipping box. This is the second time it’s happened. Please improve the packaging with your supplier. I’ll continue to buy the treats but not in the plastic tub.

delivery unacceptable

I ordered the items to be delivered to front door. Never had a problem with this until this last delivery. The BIG sign at the garage says "all deliveries to front

I ordered the items to be delivered to front door. Never had a problem with this until this last delivery. The BIG sign at the garage says "all deliveries to front door". The packages said the same thing. Packages were delivered IN FRONT of my garage door by FED EX, with the "DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR" comment on the packages - see your photos. I couldn't get my car in the garage. I had to SQUEEZE my car into the garage, desperately trying not to dent my car or my husband's. Called you to complain. ONE HOUR later, I had to tear out of the garage to rush my husband to the emergency room because he was COUGHING UP BLOOD! He was at the hospital for four days. Your rep suggested that I set up an account with FED EX for explicit delivery instructions, "which FED EX may follow" as CHEWY cannot guarantee that the instructions I gave CHEWY. and that you gave YOUR carrier, will be followed by YOUR carrier. It is NOT my responsibility to force YOUR carrier to follow YOUR delivery instructions. You, not I, have a business relationship/agreement with your chosen carrier. My husband is 80, has multiple serious health issues as a result of cancer. I am 78, and have a hernia, heart disease, and asthma. We CANNOT carry packages this heavy. One of the packages weighed almost SIXTY pounds. I refused delivery, and the packages were picked up two days later. You could see the damage on the heavy one as I ran it over in a mad dash to get my husband to the emergency room. I would like someone from Chewy to give me a call to discuss this issue, which occurred on Tuesday, 8/12. So far, no one has seen fit to contact me.

Over packed heavy box

Every time I order cat liter it's packed in the box and the box arrives partially open at the seems and the lighter contents are crushed. The can Watford in this

Every time I order cat liter it's packed in the box and the box arrives partially open at the seems and the lighter contents are crushed. The can Watford in this shipment was crushed and before there were clean up wipes that busted open and dried out most the wipes and solution leaked all in the box. You should box the liter by itself or heavy items separate from toys and smaller supplies. Its getting to where I may buy elsewhere because im losing money. And stuck with a damaged product.

The girls love lapping up the gravy!

4 for girls enjoyment of lapping gravy, 3 for the extra time & work involved, having to cut the large chunks of food. The manufacturer should make the chunks smaller

The chunks are large more like for the size of a lapdog chunk! When I have 4 cats waiting for wet food, the extra time it takes cutting up the chunks drives them crazy!

Unfortunate Shipping Result

I just had the need to open this container of canned cat food. Unfortunately it was dropped at some point in transit. The interior cans (except 2 of 24) were broken

I just had the need to open this container of canned cat food. Unfortunately it was dropped at some point in transit. The interior cans (except 2 of 24) were broken at the top seal. There were fruit flies and maggots and a horrible "dead meat odor." We had been searching the area looking for a cadaver. Unfortunately the ease of opening the cat food can was also their weakest point for containment.

I know this is not Chewys fault, however, with the last 3 orders, the seafood feast (purple can) has so much liquid, and so little food, that it spills out when opening. I will not be buying this item anymore. I hope Chewy will notify the supplier of this poor quality situation.
