The vast majority of ingredients used in Purina products made in the U.S. are sourced here in the U.S. Like other food companies, we do source a limited amount of ingredients from other countries. These ingredients are primarily essential nutrients, such as taurine and B vitamins that are not commonly available in the U.S. in the quantities we need and are sourced in China.

I have 7 cats and they are not picky about their food. This batch was different. Universal vomiting from the start and by the time I opened the second case, which was about 3 days, they were refusing to eat it. Two of my "foodies" didn't even come over to be fed and they will generally eat anything. I offered them dry and they ate that. I contacted Chewy to return the unopened cans and got a refund. I haven't had issues with Fancy Feast before, but I won't be feeding it again after this. I did end up taking one of my cats to the vet b/c of the vomiting. He had to get a shot to stop it. He did have some elevated kidney values that I am hoping are temporary. I don't know if it is because of the food, but I'm not taking any chances.

Packed order in one box: 42 lbs litter, 2 boxes of canned cat food(48 cans), water dispenser. Cans scattered all throughout box, dented. Litter box deformed. Not the first time this has happened. Put the litter in a separate box. How moronic !!! It did show up quickly, but I may shop elsewhere if this happens again.

Over half the cans arrived dented. This is dangerous as it can breaknthe seal ans allow harmful bacteria to grow, even if the can doesn't appear open. I have had

Over half the cans arrived dented. This is dangerous as it can breaknthe seal ans allow harmful bacteria to grow, even if the can doesn't appear open. I have had this issue various times with chewy. They do not pack these securely enough, so as they get tossed around by the mail carrier they arrive mostly dented and unsafe for my cat

With this product (Fancy Feast) we have learned that she loves this product ... especially when we add a little extra water to create extra gravy in the can for her. Note: we like the fact that you use metal for your cans (Our family loves to recycle as much as possible and metal is a much more positive material to recycle!) We also like the fact that this company has smaller (in volume) cans. My kitty does not eat the entire can AND does NOT like left-overs. (Yes, we know she is VERY spoiled! And Yes, we know that we spoiled her. SMILE). (In fact if the cans could be even smaller in quantity and yet shaped more rectangular so that it is longer and wider, that would be even easier for my kitty to reach much more of the product (less wasted food)... (Yes, she LOVES to eat out of the can NOT her bowls. Did I mention ... spoiled?!? SMILE)). We are grateful for your product. I love this, but cans often come bent and damaged sometimes

As a helicopter mom, seeing the conditions that multiple boxes have come in over the years that I’ve been subscribed to ship these to us twice a month is definitely is a cause of concern. However, my cats are obsessed with this brand and this brand only, so I try to use my better judgement, but I definitely have come across a can here and there that I’d need to throw away from having deep or sharp dents. For those who don’t know, the risk from dented cans is the possibility that the dent has compromised the can's seal, allowing harmful bacteria like Clostridium botulinum to enter. For the record, I have had perfect condition boxes of these many times as well, so damaged packages isn’t a super common occurrence, but still happens from time to time and is something I urge people to look out for! Other than that, no complaints, my cats love this!
