The little cardboard boxes each two plastic containers are shipped in seem excessive but at least the cardboard is recyclable in my area.

The only downsides of this product are the difficuty for old HUMAN hands to open the foil packs and the size of the serving. One pack is more than she can eat and there's no way to save it and she wouldnt eat it left over anyway.
