Might seem like a weird question I know I should be feeding my almost 3 month kitty kitten wet food but can't find many that say kitten other then these but I. worried about giving her milk as I have seen that it could be bad for cats so should I or should I not give her this? what do you recommend?
Answer by Md5406 • Jul 29, 2021
Cats are lactose intolerant. That's why they can't have milk. But they can have milk proteins.
My opinion is that the amount of milk in this is negligible and my 18 yr old girl is thriving off it (vet recommended kitten wet food for the extra calories). She has never showed signs of stomach upset or being gassy with this food (common lactose intolerance symptoms). After having her on this she is acting like herself again.
If your kitty develops lactose intolerance symptoms after ingesting this then you may wish to find something else. If you are worried about getting it and the kitten not liking it. Buy 1 to 3 cans from a local store and see how they do. That way you won't be out that much money if it doesn't work for her. If it works then YAY, autoship here you come! Best of luck and I hope my answer helped you out
I have a VERY finicky kitty with a sensitive tummy. He is a 13 year old tabby. Is kitten food safe for him?
Thank you very much. I’m at my wit’s end trying to find wet, easy to chew food for my special boy.

This formula is specially crafted to support growing kittens. It won't harm the adult or senior cat to eat kitten food, other than consuming the extra calories.
At what age, should you switch your kitten from this to regular FF cat cans? Thank you!

In general, a kitten is considered an adult cat when it reaches 1 year of age, but your cat may not actually be fully grown at this point. Kittens typically reach a length and weight close to their full-grown size by 9 to 12 months of age.
Is this food grain-free?

All the recipes in this pack are grain-free.
