I wanted small kibble, healthy kibble with natural ingredients, and kibble with flavor. This fit the bill. My miniature poodle likes lamb, and blueberries have been recommended by veterinarians for many reasons. Lots of other good stuff, too. My poodle has often thrown up if kibble is too big, but she has not thrown this up at all after two weeks of feeding. Thank you!
The last few years, I have given my shitzu Science Diet , (sensitive stomach). He continued to have dry skin in the winter season, so after trying a sample of this food, my dog seemed to enjoy the flavor and texture. After six months, he has shown more calmness and his skin has improved, greatly.
We rescued a Boston Terrier with a birth defect. We weren't quite sure of his age but knew he was now at least 1 year old and needed to be changed off puppy food of this same brand and to keep the bite size small. This works great. He loves it and it loves him. But our Maine Coon gal loves it too so we have to feed Bobby in his house with his door shut to make sure he can eat it all himself. :-)
First we got the order late which was disappointing because I had to run to the store to get a substitute until this item came. Unfortunately when it got here my dogs weren't even a fan of the food. They like the other flavors but this one isn't as good in their opinion.
My dogs Danny and Daisy love this dry food. It gives my 10 year old alot of pep. Since giving her this brand she likes to run and play. Before she was a couch potatoe. They like the Chicken one also. I mix the 2 togeather
I was recommended this food by the breeder. My beagle puppy and cat both enjoy this food.
My Mini Schnauzer love this food and I believe it is going to be good for my Wheaton color schnauzer who has allergies to other foods! I am ordering my second bag! Amazing and the ingredients are without seed oils and that makes me extra happy too!
i ordered a 15lb bag and got a 5.5lb it cost 27.00 and the 15lb bag cost 64....... rip off
A few months ago, I took my two small dogs on a joint walk with a coworker of mine and her dogs (that just happen to look like adorable mirror images of mine). We went back to her house afterward, and my dog Lola shocked me. Usually if there's another dog around that she's not very familiar with she won't eat. She's very submissive and in the past when visiting my grandfather at the same time as my Aunt and her dogs, I'd have to take both her and her food into the garage away from everyone else just to give her enough confidence and make her feel safe enough to eat. So imagine my surprise when we're at this person's house for the first time ever, my timid dog goes and sniffs at the bowl then proceeds to eat some of her dogs food. It turns out she was feeding her dogs this particular Farmina Lamb & Blueberry blend so I decided to get some for my girls as well. They love it of course as expected. What I didn't expect was for the cat to immediately come over the first time I was dishing it out the the girls and give their bowl an eager sniff and try to take a bite. I shooed him away the first time, and filled his bowl up with his own food that he started eating. I thought that was the end of it. Silly me. I noticed over the next few days that he appeared to be eating less and less (as his bowl didn't need it's regular refilling). At first I was worried that something was wrong, but then I caught him eating the dog's food instead (multiple times). I'm buying Farmina's lamb and blueberry cat food version now too.
My dog loves this food! Maybe a little too much. He always wants more. I like how the pieces are smaller than other small dog kibble and he can eat it easily. BuddyWhite is an older dog that I adopted a few months ago. I've noticed he seems to have more energy and a softer coat since I've been feeding this. He loves it far more than any other food I've given him. I will stick with this one even though it's very pricey. It's worth it in the long run to me and even if it's a short run, I'd like him to be the healthiest he can be for the rest of his life.
