Picky Cats cleaning their plates

My two older cats were always picky, whether it was wet or dry. It was a hit or miss, and some days the bowls will be left full. New foods would be good for a few days before they went back to skipping meals. This food has been a bit for a week, breakfast and dinner plates left empty within a few minutes of serving (which is new!) and when they see me serving they get so excited and meow until I’ve served them. 10/10 for my cats!

Super oily and humid

My cats like it though. The only problem I concern is that the food inside the package is super oily and feels wet too. It has never happened before when I bought other flavor of Farmina cat food.

Farmina Boar and Apple kibble

I try to feed my babies wet food mainly, and we recently tried Farmina. I have 11 cats and they all like the food. Some of them prefer kibble over wet however, so I did some research on the Farmina kibble as I don't want them having a lot of carbs which has caused 2 of my cats to gain unnecessary extra weight. This brand seems to have less than most brands. I decided to give it a shot and they all like it. But with 11 cats and occasionally some fosters as well, food can get very expensive. This brand is good, but also comes at a higher price, so I will still buy it, but only once in a while.

Farmina wild boar etc

Wonderful food! Our personal cats love it & our several Rescues & ferals love it. All cats choose the Ocean fish first, then chicken, Lamb, & wild Boar are tied for second place variety back up. I recommend it to everyone. It is not for a compromised budget like mine, but we juggle elsewhere. Incidentally, it is higher in protein & lower in carbs, so our chubbies have lost weight & look very healthy & beautiful on this food.

Top taste choice!

I rescue cats so I have had dozens of different voters in taste test contests, and this dry food always wins. And it has competed against all high-end dry foods including the one more expensive than this brand that isn't sold on Chewy. ;) Boar is their favorite of all the flavors, although they like the others. Found out about this while in Italy, where it is clearly the most popular of the top-tier foods. Farmina had an entire aisle and was recommended first by the clerks at several stores there.

All 3 super picky cats are OBSESSED!!!! Both Dry AND can Wild Boar =)

I have three 5/6 year old active adult neutered/spayed very picky cats (M-F-M) - Siamese/Tonkinese/Burmese. Had been feeding them Tender & True for years & wanted to switch to a higher protein content w/o chickpea flour, legumes such as lentils, etc & they are JUST CRAZED with the Wild Boar (2nd choice is Chicken/Pomegranate). They also liked the Lamb and tolerated most of the seafood ones (ate all the varieties but the obsession with the Wild Boar is over the top). Started them on Farmina early Dec 2020 at the recommendation of a super aficionado of all things cat & a definite cat foodie. I was intrigued as the food is sourced and manufactured in Italy (where I'm from originally & only too familiar as to how well they treat/feed their cats - only the best will do). Quality control seems to be outstanding. Been feeding them the dry with a shared can of Wild Boar (EQUALLY OBSESSED) among the 3 of them per day & they are as happy and satisfied as can be. Plates licked clean not long after every single feeding. Their coats were already quite shiny & healthy on the Tender & True but they seem to really enjoy this food to the point of being obsessed - scampering, literally tripping over each other like puppies en route to their bowls in the kitchen to chow down. Best feeling for a pet parent. =). Farmina is CERTAINLY costly but I also find that they're filled up with less food than the Tender & True (wet/dry combo) so it's seeming to last a bit longer. Added note: not one of them has thrown up even once, had litter box issues (loose bowels, etc) either. Very happy customer & kitties!!

Fussy cat loves this

I switched our fairly fussy cat over to this after being happy with the brand for our dogs. She's a cat that refuses to eat wet food from cans or sachets, so her kibble is pretty important. Only problem now is that she loves it so much, I've never seen her plow through kibble this fast. She seems to be constantly calling upon me to refill her food bowl. At this rate, we'll need to switch to diet food.

High quality, safe cat food

Farmina is an Italian brand, made in Italy, one of the best available on the US market. Important for cats especially, it is high on protein and fat and low on carbohydrates. It uses high quality ingredients, definitely not sourced from China. Comes in four different flavors. My cats like them all, as a matter fact, they will not accept any other brand of kibble.

Farming is great cat food

My cats love Farmina. I just wish Chewy’s would carry some of their specialty foods. I have one of my cats on their urinary mix and she loves it!
