Healthy all alive

I only gave a 4 rating because delivering live insects in the wintertime can cause problems. I didn’t get an exact delivery date when I ordered & was not offered

I only gave a 4 rating because delivering live insects in the wintertime can cause problems. I didn’t get an exact delivery date when I ordered & was not offered they be held at post office to pick up. In Chewy defense, when I realized I may be out of town where they did deliver, Chewy rep assured me I’d receive a refund if needed. Thankfully I was home when it was delivered.

Arrived safe and all of them are alive

The cloth bag transportation method works great! The dubia roaches are in a cloth bag, so the ventilation is good. There is also wrapping paper inside the box as

The cloth bag transportation method works great! The dubia roaches are in a cloth bag, so the ventilation is good. There is also wrapping paper inside the box as cushion and the cloth bag is soft, so I think this is the key to make them arrive safely. They were hungry when they arrived, so I placed them in my Dubia enclosure and I fed them right away. They all came out for carrot and veggies. The next day they became very energetic and good for my gecko.

Interesting shipping method

The last time I received a bulk amount of dubia roaches they were in a cardboard box with breathable sides, but this time I received them in a cloth bag. It works,

The last time I received a bulk amount of dubia roaches they were in a cardboard box with breathable sides, but this time I received them in a cloth bag. It works, but it’s giving fear factor more than proper transport. The bugs are alive though, and in okay condition.

All alive and well only suggestion is I would have them put roach food in the bottom of container and use a slightly bigger container bc its super hot out right

All alive and well only suggestion is I would have them put roach food in the bottom of container and use a slightly bigger container bc its super hot out right now and muggy so when I recieved them I switched them to a critter keeper roach food at the bottom and tossed a few carrots in.... the amount of roaches in the tiny container eith as hot as it is made them muggy and smelly if that makes sense. But all in all all alive and happy with my order

Better than a pet store

I’ve had purchased multiple orders of insects for my bearded dragon and only had 2 dead roaches as opposed to a pet store where they’ve missed counted and had more

Says medium but they were like the size of my pinky nail

Originally got them for a bearded dragon but they were far to small they are getting eaten by a juvenile crested gecko now

They came well packaged & alive

Our beardie was hesitant but first time having & has enjoyed them. And they're the appropriate size since still a juvenile.
