I just received my shipment and the probiotic container was warm to the touch since it was shipped in the middle of Texas summer. Will this product still be effective? It says to keep in a cool dry place.

Fed Ex left mine in the blazing NC summer sun. I called the company and was told that the product was still viable and to go ahead and use it, but I had my doubts. I returned it to Chewy who refunded me.

Got rid of skin issues

My poor kitty, I’ve taken her to several veterinarians that couldn’t diagnose her terrible skin disorder. She lost fur, had terrible patches of sores all over her body that would bleed and fester. This went on her whole life. Sometimes the vet would give her a steroid shot which I hated to have to do. I’m not kidding that this probiotic powder cleared it up in about 2-3 days. Now she’s soft, no sores, her fur has grown back and she’s happy. She sleeps peacefully she’s relaxed and her entire demeanor has changed for the better. I will not stop giving her this. Thank you!

I have been using this brand of probiotics for my dogs for years. It doesn't cause gas or any negative in my dogs. The biggest noticeable positive result of giving this to my dogs is that is bulks up their feces, which is very helpful with "behind" gland issues (Chewy is not allowing the actual scientific term for these glands - weird). Recently I had to get a replacement container because of a weird, unidentifiable hard and round object I found in the powder, but that's the only issues I can remember ever having.
