Great Limited Ingredient Supplement, but Cat Refuses To Eat Food When Mixed In

I was looking for a supplement to help my cat’s dry, flaky skin. I liked the product because it had limited ingredients, as my cat suffers from food allergies;

I was looking for a supplement to help my cat’s dry, flaky skin. I liked the product because it had limited ingredients, as my cat suffers from food allergies; however, after adding it to his food for several weeks, he still refuses to finish much of his food that contains the supplement. I was hopeful it would help his flaky skin in short order due to the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I have a very picky cat who doesn’t like change & with a super sensitive nose that quickly detects any differences in his food. I’ve tried reducing the amount & changing the food I add it to with no success.

I use this as a mix-in because my dog is a little boujie and won't eat just dry food anymore. So we mix in small amounts of wet food or other toppers. My dog also takes several medications that I put in his food bowl and when I mix some of this and a small amount of water in his meal, NOTHING is left behind. He literally licks the bowl.

Noticed a difference right away with our cat. She had been dropping clumps of hair & cleaning more than normal. Winter is hard on our skin & I figured it was on her too. This supplement has done wonders for her fur & she seems more comfortable. Have used it for two weeks now, & will continue until the winter weather is over. I mix a teaspoon in with a bite of wet food, it’s like a treat to her, she loves it. It was pricey, but it works wonders on her coat. She’s so soft, and no more hair clumps falling out.
