not a good lock feature

the locking mechanism on this doesn't stick well. usually you'd push down to stop the leash and then up to lock it. on this leash, i think you push up to lock first

the locking mechanism on this doesn't stick well. usually you'd push down to stop the leash and then up to lock it. on this leash, i think you push up to lock first and then down but then you're locking it before the leash has stopped so then you're not controlling the length at which it's locked. maybe i'm just messing it up but there have been several times where it unlocks suddenly and the retracting noise startles my dog so we never use this one.

I can control Willa better with a retractable leash
