Feeding Instructions
Land hermit crabs eat small amounts of food at a time, and prefer to eat at night. Feed them only what they can consume in a 24 - hour period. Remove any uneaten food and replace with fresh food daily. Provide your Hermit Crab with plenty of dechlorinated water at all times. Always wash your hands after handling hermit crabs or cleaning their habitat.

Can be TOXIC
These pellets can be TOXIC for your hermit crabs! Please do not use them. If you go to the Land Hermit Crab Owners Society website, there are lists of actual healthy foods that you should be feeding your crab. They require a variety of foods!
won’t stop eating it
I have never seen my hermit crab eat so much. We had a different brand. I decided to get this blend and he is eating so much. It seems like he is excited about the switch.

I've had my hermit crab for 7 years and I've never seen it eat so much at one time
Won't eat it
Our hermit crab, Hermie, refuses to eat anything in this mix. It will sit in his bowl completely untouched, but even sifted around like he's looking for something good in the mix. Even if I mix it with food he does like, it looks like Hermie barely touches anything if at all. Maybe the smell keeps him away from food he does like. It has good reviews, which is why I tried it, so some hermit crabs must love it. Unfortunately not ours.

My Hermit Crabs seem a bit indifferent, but my dog really enjoyed it
The hermit crabs have sampled the food, and they enjoy it (I think) but my dog definitely enjoyed the time he had chewing up the container and eating 1/4 of the food inside it.
Crab is crabby
My hermit crab won’t touch this food. I don’t know why he doesn’t like it but he wont eat it. I will have to try and offer something else.

My hermies love this food, especially the worms. It’s a good supplement to their fresh foods.
