About This Item

Details

  • A staple of many reptiles’ diets, crickets offer an excellent source of protein, fiber, and fat.
  • Transit can cause crickets stress, and it’s normal to see some loss—that’s why Fluker’s includes 10% extra crickets with every purchase quantity.
  • These crickets are gut-loaded with Fluker’s Insect Care essentials to ensure optimal nutrition and hydration.
  • Crickets are great for bearded dragons, geckos, aquatic turtles, frogs, and more; just be sure to order the correct size—feeder insects should never be wider than the width between your pet’s eyes.
  • With proper nutrition and care, small and medium crickets can live 2–3 weeks, while large crickets can live 7–10 days.

Not worth it

Over half of them showed up dead. Shipping was days later than originally said, so unsure if that is why or not. Hoping because I have autoship set up next month

Let’s start off by saying I am afraid of bugs. The only reason I bought these crickets is because I have a leopard gecko and I am braving my fear to take care of him when I receive my package as soon as I open the box cricket popped out at me And if you got loosen into my kitchen after I got done with that ordeal, I went to drop them in my cricket pen they were maybe 30 crickets at most and half of them were dead not only did I not receive the quantity that I ordered, but you would think They would be package in a way where they could survive at least a one day trip

Packaging

Ragnar loved them and ate more than hes eaten in quite awhile, but I was not happy they were in a box. They could easily have gotten out, or escaped when I opened

Weren't delivered to my door

I live in an apartment complex and was told that the live crickets I purchased would be delivered to my door. Iwas at work and my 15 year-old was at home waiting for them to be delivered to the door as we have a camera doorbell and we would not have missed that delivery at all. I read the email several hours later that they had arrived in my mailbox. By the time he got all the way down to my complex mailbox. They were already mostly deceased as where I live it was close to 96 degrees that day. I am very disappointed as I thought this was a good solution to having to go to the store.

60 percent were dead on arrival.

We live in the country 45 minutes from any store that sells live crickets. So still my best option. But I was disappointed my leopard geko won't eat dead ones

Almost every cricket was dead

I woke up early in the morning to get my crickets and every single one was dead. it had been no more then 5 minutes since the package arrived before i picked it

I woke up early in the morning to get my crickets and every single one was dead. it had been no more then 5 minutes since the package arrived before i picked it up from outside my house. It also was expected to be here on saturday and not today. The app never told me it would be here friday morning but i was lucky enough to be awake already to recover them. But as it turns out it wouldn’t matter because almost every single one was dead
