I keep a heavily stocked 75-gallon aquarium and rely on my AC110 (and sometimes an AC70 on another tank) to keep parameters stable. The Fluval AquaClear Ammonia Remover has become a regular part of my filter media rotation. Here are the three things that stand out the most: 1 Rapid ammonia removal. 
Whenever my test kit shows even a trace of ammonia, a fresh bag brings it back to 0 ppm within hours. It’s especially helpful during cycling or after overfeeding. 2 Perfectly sized for the basket. 
The bags fit the AC70 and AC110 media trays without any trimming or adjustment. They sit flat, stay in place, and allow excellent water flow. 3 Reliable 4-week performance
 As the package states, replacement every 4 weeks keeps it working at full strength, and that timing fits my maintenance routine perfectly. The water stays clear and my fish remain active and healthy. I always keep a spare bag on hand now. Highly recommend for anyone running these AquaClear models.

Ammonia cleaner is great!

I did not have a problem with ammonia before but no problems with using it either ! We have a lot of plants too so it never hurts to have ammonia remover!
