I have a 30 gal tank. How much of the cleaner should I use. ? Do I need to take the charcoal out first?

For new set-ups and maintenance it is recommended to use 5 mL per 10 US gallons. For waste buildup it is recommended to use 10 mL per 10 US gallons. It is not required to remove charcoal while treating with this product.

Can you use this for turtles????

This product is intended for use with goldfish, cichlids, and heavily populated aquariums with freshwater marine fish.

Can this be used in a betta bowl? I have a three gallon without a filter, so it would be great to have something to help keep things clean!

Before i used this product I had cloudy water and fish waste all over my aquarium. It was horrendous. I tried everything to make the water clear, many different formulas, gravel vacuums, I tried everything. But a plecco, gouarmai, and crayfish create a lot of waste. Tried to put ghost shrimp in to eat the waste, but my gouarmi and crayfish made short work of them. This product saved my fishes lives and my sanity! Thank you so much! Excellent price. Excellent product. Fluval is an excellent brand for ANYTHING you could possibly need for an aquarium! Don’t pass up this product! Thanks again chewy! And fluval!

Cleared water

Cleaned water haze from over feeding. My ocars are very messy eaters and get food everywhere and needed something to help with the breakdown of the extra pieces

Cleaned water haze from over feeding. My ocars are very messy eaters and get food everywhere and needed something to help with the breakdown of the extra pieces they leave behind. My water had a haze before this product from extra food and no has been super clear and the extra food breaks down more but not all the way. Gave a 3 because really cleared the water.

This product says that it breaks down fish waste, uneaten food, and organic waste. I noticed that when I saw these things that they were completely gone in about

This product says that it breaks down fish waste, uneaten food, and organic waste. I noticed that when I saw these things that they were completely gone in about ten hours. I use the other fluval product biological booster since breaking down waste raises ammonia levels which needs good bacteria to get rid of that. Both products are great!
