I thoroughly rinse them 2-3x week and/or as needed but how often should the pad filter be actually replaced?

Very good...

These are very good in that I rinse them at least every 2-3 days, at times have done more often, and for some time, they continue to look almost new when rinsed

These are very good in that I rinse them at least every 2-3 days, at times have done more often, and for some time, they continue to look almost new when rinsed. Everything held from the tank, but comes out when sprayed at the sink. Only suggestion would be, given price would be nice if at least one more than 3 inside, particularly if using two tanks at a time - always have to buy 2 packages. But great!
