    Fish love them

    By on

I bought these because i have seen a lot of fish people say they are one of the top five favs, I had been feeding the API brand but the flakes are always real dry and just turn to dust, my fish love the the new flakes. Havent been using them long enough to notice anything with their color vibrancy but am anxious to see if thier colors become more vibrant.

    All my fish love it!

    By on

I feed these flakes (along with micropellets, a special omnivore blend from AAP, and freeze-dried brine shrimp and bloodworms from Omega One) to my Sparkling Gouramis and Hengel Rasbora. I've definitely noticed a deepening of color in the orange pigment of the Rasbora - not as deep as Harlequins, but they look a *lot* healthier now. Solid choice for top and mid feeders - I'll be getting some corydora habrosus next week, which I assume will love the fallen bits, too! More than enough to last a few months depending on your stocking.

    Best Tropical Fish Food

    By on

This food keeps my tank of guppies, mollies and tetras healthy and colorful. This larger size is economical. Chewy’s is the best for price and products and customer service. I love Chewy.com for all my pet supplies! They are the best! You should buy only from Chewy.com!

    NO BETTER BRAND!

    By on

I feed nothing but OMEGA ONE brand in all of my aquariums. Regular or Super Color as the main diet & OMEGA ONE brand "treats" as well, ie: plankton, blood worms, brine shrimp, etc. I feel you cannot buy a better more affordable, high protein food without feeding fresh, frozen or live, which I also do as a very special treat. My fish are as spoiled as my cats! :~) I have a Brine Shrimp hatching system I will use periodically & when I hang the hatchery in the 45 gallon, my 8 Angels will crowd around it until I remove it to eat the shrimp as they leave the hatchery. That is their FAVORITE thing to do & eat! I have only freshwater water aquariums, feed only Omega ONE, & I must be doing something I feed nothing but OMEGA ONE brand in all of my aquariums. When you maintain the aquarium correctly with good filters keeping the water quality perfect & care for the occupants with the best diet you can afford, your fish will live considerably longer than average captive fish. I buy the largest containers of food available as it's actually cheaper per serving & I only have to purchase food 2-3 tomes per year & I have multiple aquariums. It doesn't matter what size containers you buy, as long as it's Omega One you're making the best choice for your fish. Happy swimming!!! … more

Great food for all kinds of fish!

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

I use these flakes to feed a few different aquariums and multiple species of fish. Tetras, guppies, cichlids, clownfish, snails, shrimp and many others. This is a food I will always keep on hand. I like to rotate this with a few other kinds but this will always be on rotation. Buying on Chewy is the cheapest place I've found. Will be back when I need more!

    Fish food that feeds fish

    By on

We have a fresh water tank with a large variety of fish. They eat this up and my tank (100 gallons) stays clean. Fish eat a combination of this and frozen foods and have lived a long time. Growing a steady rate as well.

    Fish bones

    By on

I found quite a few fish bones sticking out of the flakes. This brand crumbled into dust easily. The fish ate the flakes but I wasn't happy with this.

    Great product

    By on

These flakes are the best out there. I've tried the other brands and they are stiff and crunchy. These are light and fluffy and don't make as big a mess in my tank.
