This filter media is only compatible with the following Fluval filter models: 106, 206, 306, 406, FX5, 105, 205, 305, 405, 104, 204, 304, and 404.
How many gallons does each pack treat?

For maintenance, it is recommended to change carbon filter monthly. Do not replace all filter media simultaneously. Stagger media replacement to ensure constant bacterial populations.
Can this be used for the Fluval 407?

This filter media is not suitable with the Fluval 407 Performance Canister Filter.
Is this the correct size for the fluval flex 15 gallon aquarium?

This filter would not be suitable. The Fluval C2 Activated Carbon Filter Media 3 x 45 gram would be compatible.
