Do you rinse this packs before using? If so, what is the proper way to do that? Old water, tap water, current water?????

Rinse thoroughly before use to remove fine dust due to handling. This product is for freshwater use only.

Is this safe with turtles?

Please make smaller sizes!

These bags are great but please offer them in smaller sizes for the smaller tanks too. I have 3 tanks and they’re great for the big ones but not the small ones.

I purchased these for ammonia spikes in a snail tank. Came to find out they are only for external filters and not the five submersible filters I have. However, I do have one external canister filter so I put one of the sacks inside and it has definitely worked. Should have read the box pictures but happy this product does what it says it does and will look for it again when I run out.

I will continue trying but this helped

I've got a major problem with water fowling in my 55 gallon aquarium. I'm great at 50% of the 1" of fish per gallon rule, not too much substrate, no over feeding,

I've got a major problem with water fowling in my 55 gallon aquarium. I'm great at 50% of the 1" of fish per gallon rule, not too much substrate, no over feeding, light regiment of 10 hours a day on a timer. Use algaecide tablets and have a plocostamus that gets fed algae wafers as do my cichlids. I've got a Fluval 406 for filtration. Read up on over filtration, doesn't seem to be my issue. The water is cloudy, the fish are rubbing on the sides etc. Zero fin rot, zero hazing of the eyes, temp is 76.2 which is good for cichlids...
