Would not Reach Temperature

Nice looking heater but would never get tank to temp. Twenty gallon tank never went beyond ambient temperature of 74 degrees. Turned thermostat on heater to 82 degrees,

Nice looking heater but would never get tank to temp. Twenty gallon tank never went beyond ambient temperature of 74 degrees. Turned thermostat on heater to 82 degrees, would come on, element would get warm, then shut off and never come back on. Left in tank for 48 hours and never raised the water temperature. Returned and will order Eheim. Great service from Chewy though on taking care of this!

The heater looks nice in the aquarium but is unable to properly heat my 35 gallon cube. My room temperature is between 68-70 and I have to have the heater set to

The heater looks nice in the aquarium but is unable to properly heat my 35 gallon cube. My room temperature is between 68-70 and I have to have the heater set to 86 in order to maintain 78 degrees

Great Heater

So far so good!! Temperature is at a steady temperature and seems to be working like it should!! Only have had it a couple weeks, so will update if I have to.
