Help keep your finned friends’ home clean with the Tetra Water Cleaner Gravel Siphon Aquarium Cleaner. Just place the larger end of the siphon inside of your aquarium to help remove water. A clip attaches to the front of your aquarium to help prevent the siphon from falling out. Simply place the smaller end of the siphon inside a bucket with the bucket clip, and squeeze the priming bulb to encourage water to flow into the bucket. This water cleaner also helps brush off debris from gravel when you move it through the layer of gravel. You can tap the tube on the gravel or on the side of your tank to dislodge a piece of rock that gets sucked up into the tube.

Aquarium tetra water pump cleaner
The hose came apart when taken the water out of the aquarium. And don't like the filter in the pump because that gets plugged.

Great little siphon, convenient and super easy to use and to clean afterwards.
Aquarium Cleaner
This is very easy to use, but you need to have a bucket, it will work well on a 10-20 gal tank, not so good on a big 30 gal, this does not reach the sink hose to short. They have a longer one but price is a bit higher.
Tetra 2-55 Gallon Gravel Siphon
The gravel siphon says that it’s for tanks between 2-55 gallons but the tube that siphons the water is really short which doesn’t allow much water to be drawn out in a given amount of time. The tube that drains the water into a nearby bucket is also really short so it made it really hard to dispose of the water without having a second person holding a bucket directly next to me.
Great and easy to use
In the middle of a water change and this thing is so amazing I had to come back and leave a review. It's very inexpensive and so helpful. It is really easy if you're bucket / container is below your tank, but in my case it's on the same level. It is kind of tiring after a while pumping 40 gallons through this thing, but this is user error. I do have one tank that is up high, and it is so easy. Pump it a few times and it siphons all the water pretty quickly. Couldn't recommend enough
wished it worked better
Liked that you could get it started with a few pumps. Thought the cleaning tube was to shot for my 55 gal tank and it kept getting clogged had to bang it against my pail to clean it out

Save your $10, this thing is a waste of money, you are better off just doing it the old fashion way.
