I got tired of the little fertilizer capsules popping up out of the substrate, or leaving their little round contents all over the surface of the tank. Root tabs may be a bitmore expensive, but it’s worth it! They stay where they’re put, they feed my root feeders, and they don’t dirty up the tank.

Works ok.

These tabs seem to work great for the plants but tend to cloud the water up badly! I found another brand that might work better and am going to try those.

not worth the money

I thought i'd try these as opposed to the liquid fertilizer. I wish Chewy had given more specific information as far as the usage, since you need 6 tabs for a 10

I thought i'd try these as opposed to the liquid fertilizer. I wish Chewy had given more specific information as far as the usage, since you need 6 tabs for a 10 gallon tank. I looked for that info before buying, and figured it might be 1 or 2 tabs for a 30 gallon tank. Not worth it if you have a large tank. I would need almost 20 per month.
