This was the first one I ordered from Chewy. It is much more stronger than the one I had. My Lab/Pit is 70lbs and high energy. It works well.

Dog keeps getting loose

Bought this cable for my husky and he has gotten loose three times now. I’ve only owned the cable for less than a month. I was trying to figure out how he was getting loose because his collar was still around his neck so the clasp is malfunctioning. Not happy and will be looking for something better.

Everything we order from Chewy, and that's a lot stuff always comes quickly. We live in a small rural town, where getting what we need for Ranger and Trooper is sometimes hard. Our go to will always be Chewy for our pets. The new cable tie outs are up and running so the boys can enjoy being out in our front yard safely, they are great!

Bought this cable for my two dogs during our camping trip in an established campground. I used the stone picnic table to tie them off. My 120 lb. Rott charged after something and it held. He’s broken a line before, so I took no short cuts this time. The peace of mind is worth every penny

Heavy duty tie out

My dogs old thin tie out was getting tangled. This is a great heavy duty tie out. It should hold up until we get her fence put in. She has runs on each side of the house and we never leave her unattended for very long. I bought the 15 foot but wish I would have given her the extra 5 and bought the 20 foot.

rusted through

This is great, strong and durable. But after 8 months it rusted through. My dog is just over 100 Pounds and it had no problem with her running toward squirrels/rabbits but I’m disappointed that it rusted when it’s “guaranteed” not to.

After a period of less than a year, the snap of the cable became loose. if my dog pulled just a little bit she was able to break free from the cable, with her collar still on her neck.
