Magical! Love!
I work at an animal shelter and we offer cremations and we use this to take care of dead animal smell. I am so impressed because there is no other product like it that comes close to performance. I'm sensitive to fragrances and am prone to getting migraines and this is perfect. It doesn't have a fragrance so you know it's really working because it doesn't have anything to cover up the smell, it truly removes odor. I use it at home now too!
Great smell, not chemical-smelling
I am sensitive to a lot of fragrances, most fragranced products will either give me a headache or make my nose and throat burn, and so I was a bit nervous when I ordered this spray. I also have a cat with asthma and was hoping it wouldn’t trigger any attacks. Happy to report it has been great on both fronts! I use it mostly for the bathroom and after a cat leaves a fragrant deposit in the box, and it works great at covering odors. Smells lovely, not chemical or cloying at all, dissipates just fast enough. Will order again for sure.
drips & pinches hand when spraying
The smell does seem to help the smell but...it drips and when you squeeze it pinches your hand. Very hard to use. The 1st bottle I tried wouldn't even spray.
Refreshing scent
This spray does a great job and is pet friendly. Very satisfied.
Spray bottle did not work properly
It smells good, but when I tried to spray it after pushing the on/off button, it just dribbled down the bottle. The nozzle appears to be broken

" Simply shake and spritz a variety of smelly surfaces including your pet’s paw-sonal area" Natural deodorizers can be a wonderful aid in keeping our homes fresh and clean. However, even natural products can cause harm if not used properly. Several questions about this product asked specifically about spraying it directly on pets. Perhaps Chewy should consider removing the phrase, "including your pet’s paw-sonal area" from the product description. It seems to me, the phrase indicates the product is safe to spray directly on pets, rather than their living spaces and/or bedding. It would be tragic, if any pet were harmed by having this product applied to their coats. A simple amendment to the product description may prevent unnecessary harm to someone's companion.
First impression of the smell
First time purchasing this, at first I did not like the scent at all. Sprayed it a few times on the dog beds. I personally did not care for the smell however once it dried it smells ok and the dog beds smell nice. This works keeping the house smelling fresh in between washing the dog beds. I would purchase again.

this is very helpful to eliminate odors and i like that it is not toxic
A wave of plant based freshness with the windows closed
A wonderful spice and herb smell, great for spot refreshing when my fur baby's make the house a lil stale! My four cats and golden even seem to enjoy the smell.
Better as a temporary air freshener
Nice earthy scent, covers well, but only temporarily. I've washed bedding and stuft animals followed by this sorry to rid the cat urine smell when my cat had kidney issues. This helped for a day and then the odor slowly returned. I've gone to an orange spray that does a much better job.
