Keep refrigerated. This recipe is fully cooked ready to serve! Store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days of opening. No heating or defrosting required. Feeding Instructions: Depending on the age, activity level, and condition of your cat, the feeding guidelines will need to be adjusted.
The normal daily feeding amount for a healthy adult cat:

*Using standard 8 oz measuring cup.

These quantities can be fed as one meal or divided into two meals based on your cat's preference. Please adjust the amount you serve to ensure your cat finishes the food within three hours. If any food remains, please discard and clean bowl before serving new food. When switching foods, gradually increase the new food and decrease the previous food to help make a smooth transition. Visit your veterinarian regularly to maintain your pet's health. Always provide fresh water.

Freshpet will be shipped frozen on dry ice and in an insulated box. This ensures the food arrives cold to you home temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep your pet’s food fresh. If for any reason the food doesn't arrive cold please reach out to Chewy customer service.

Chewy will ship the product frozen to keep it fresh. We recommend serving Freshpet food fresh from the fridge, but you can choose to freeze any unused portions for later use. Just thaw frozen portions in the fridge before serving. Be aware that you may see a slight change in color and texture when thawed, but this won’t change the nutritional value or taste of the meals.
