Incredibly sturdy and larger than normal surface for kitty to nap in. Upon getting this on Christmas morning, my kitty immediately jumped in it and took a nap. For reference my cat is 8lbs. I added some pictures so you can see that a larger cat could easily fit in this. Great buy!!

Great window seat and scratching tree

This is my second one I’ve bought from Chewy and my three cats love it. I put it right in front of the siding glass door & they love to watch the wildlife and nap

This is my second one I’ve bought from Chewy and my three cats love it. I put it right in front of the siding glass door & they love to watch the wildlife and nap in it. What’s nice is you can easily move it from room to room or next to you as you watch tv and it now becomes their tv chair. It takes all of two minutes to put together. A screw at the base and another screw under the seat. The seat cover is removable and washable. The cats love to sit on the gray fluffy floor base and play with the gray fluffy hanging ball. I say this is an absolute must and it’s the perfect height to put along side your bed too.

Super sturdy!

My 16lb clumsy chonky orange boi can scratch and curl up in this! It's so sturdy you could sit on it! (Not that I would recommend that necessarily, but I'm impressed.)

My 16lb clumsy chonky orange boi can scratch and curl up in this! It's so sturdy you could sit on it! (Not that I would recommend that necessarily, but I'm impressed.) I've never had a cat tree that wasn't at least a little wobbly. I think Charmander prefers hammocks, I usually get him the senior cat tree that's three steps and a hammock, but I needed something with a cover I could wash cuz of my allergies and this is a hit! I just put a chewy box next to it so he can confidently climb into it :) He's a senior kitty now and while he might feel confident trying to make jumps, I'd rather have a safer option available at least. He is, after all, quite orange. He's literally named Charmander :3

The top is too small.

Because the top bed has high structured walls that are at least 1 inch thick, Boomie and the others couldn't stretch out, making the bed not really 15". Nobody

Because the top bed has high structured walls that are at least 1 inch thick, Boomie and the others couldn't stretch out, making the bed not really 15". Nobody uses it. My cats like to stretch out, not curl up..I am donating to RTR rescue. I am still looking for hammocks like the ones I bought 6 years ago. My neighbor is making slip covers for them so I can extend the lives of the hammocks. but, I only have three and there are 4 cats fighting over them.LOL

Some of the reviewers said the top just comes off, but as others have said, the sides do stretch over the bottom and it is actually not easy to come off. Maybe if it’s hard for folks to stretch it over the sides a friend will help. I like this item.
