The top perch has a circular bed base with a bolster along the outer edge. The platform base is solid.
Is there a hole in the bottom of the round condo so a cat could exit there

Is this cat condo secure, will not tip over when cats jump-on? NO way to secure the condo to a wall.

This cat tree has a sturdy wooden frame, and it is 32 pounds in weight with a lower center of gravity, it should be very stable for a majority of cats. If you have a larger than average cat, you should consider the weight of the cat, the dimensions of the cat tree, and where you’d place it in your home when purchasing.
