Prob not great for large cats

We thought this would be perfect, our two male cats are very large and most cat trees are way too small for them to enjoy. They tried it for one day and then decided

We thought this would be perfect, our two male cats are very large and most cat trees are way too small for them to enjoy. They tried it for one day and then decided they didn’t like it and never touched it again. I’m thinking that there was just a little bit of movement when they jumped on and off it (the tower works like a tension rod) and they just didn’t trust it. Gave it to my friend whose cats are smaller and she placed it near a window and said her cats absolutely love it and use it everyday.

Fits a 15lb cat comfortably

I have one other cat tree that isn’t quite big enough. This one is perfect, one of my cats is 15lbs (not fat, just a big cat) and he fits on the circular platform

I have one other cat tree that isn’t quite big enough. This one is perfect, one of my cats is 15lbs (not fat, just a big cat) and he fits on the circular platform. I have one other 10lb cat and she has plenty of space. This is definitely designed for bigger cats rather than smaller cats, kittens would struggle to get from platform to platform

Huge tree, but no good

The quality of the product is great in terms of build, but my cat found jumping between the platforms quite difficult, usually not even trying after a fall occurred

The quality of the product is great in terms of build, but my cat found jumping between the platforms quite difficult, usually not even trying after a fall occurred. The landing space that a cat gets with this is very minimal. Might work better for smaller cats, he’s a big guy. Lack of interactive elements was definitely not great either. Would not reccomend

This tree is BIG. The height, and also the size of the shelves/bed and the center pole as well. Check out the pictures I shared, because the product photos don't show the size well IMO. My cat is a decent size and 12 pounds, and has plenty of space to lounge on this tree. I do wish that there was one shelf of a slightly smaller size but that is just for my space. For the first couple months this tree was wonderful! It was very sturdy, and my cat loves it. It was tricky to put together alone, but I managed with a step stool. I put the bed in the middle and he uses it and the lowest shelf often, and the tallest shelf occasionally. If your cat climbs trees, this one is not a good option as the fabric covering the poles is thin and only attached at the top and bottom of each segment. I noticed my cat hasn't been using the recently and checked it out. It looks fine but has become loose and while standing, is not stable for jumping on to. I tried tightening the wing bolts and I was able to a little bit, but it's not as stable as it was before and became loose again in a couple days. The fabric sleeve that covers the threads and wing bolts also covers the rubber that is supposed to grip to the ceiling, and I think this is a design flaw. The rubber flange should really have a lip and the fabric sleeve be open on the top with an elastic that can sit on the flange, so the rubber foot gets full grip on the ceiling but the fabric sleeve still covers the threads. Hopefully I can fix the tree and tighten it again, because otherwise it's no longer usable.

The first one was so good I bought 2!

Love the adjustable top since I moved twice and was still able to make it work with taller ceilings. My original kitties loved it so much I went ahead and bought another when we adopted sister kittens. Other than the rope scratchy part everything in the original was in really good condition by the time I was in the market for the 2nd one which was a few years so I’m really happy with it. And moving allowed me to the opportunity to flip the rope scratchy part upside down so now they can wear that side of the pillar down over the next few years! Great value!

**The Good:** My cats absolutely loved these towers. They used them constantly and were clearly thrilled with the vertical space. **The Critical Problem:** The base broke on BOTH towers I purchased. This is a major structural failure and safety issue. When you’re spending this much on a heavy-duty cat tower, the base should not fail - especially not twice. **Bottom Line:** Can’t recommend despite my cats loving it. A cat tower is worthless if the base breaks. Save your money until Frisco fixes this design flaw. **Current Status:** Now trying to figure out how to replace just the base piece.

I can’t say yet how our cats like this as I just assembled it, and I have to say the directions were very poor, particularly for the top adjustable section. Step five has you finishing the assembly before step 6, which actually shows you the height options you need before carrying out step five. It also should tell you that you should have the tree in place before carrying out steps five and six. If you don’t have experience assembling items like this, I’d avoid it.

Great for a corner view

We put this in a corner of our living room and our two cats love hanging out on it. It can be a bit wobbly, so we have it right up against the two walls for stability
