The X-Small/Small Frisco Birthday Cake Dog Hat has a circumference length of 6.5 - 11.5 inches and is recommended for miniature to small dogs. I bought the XS/S for my big headed frenchie. lol he hated wearing it but looked adorable in it. It was the perfect size. The elastic was at its biggest even though

I bought the XS/S for my big headed frenchie. lol he hated wearing it but looked adorable in it. It was the perfect size. The elastic was at its biggest even though it’s adjustable and would be better for a smaller dog or cat. It still fit great for photos and helped him not be able to get it off. The cake was the perfect size for his big head. He was a grumpy little 3 year old birthday boy who became happier once the hat was off lol

Such a cute Hat!

This fit our Scottish Terrier so well! I love the way it was adjustable around the chin and made room for her ears, she really didn’t mind it all!
