I purchased a 54” Frisco crate and need a cover. Does this cover open on the long side of the crate?

It is possible to have the cover open on the long or short end of the crate.

Does the crate cover have anything at the bottom to prevent a corner being pulled into the crate to be chewed on?

This crate cover does not have any chewing preventatives at the bottom of the panels.

Does the crate cover roll down to cover all 4 sides of the crate?

First one that actually fit my 24x36x27h crate!!

For some reason, the 36" covers don't fit the good 35" crates -- the original ones were 24x36 and 27" high -- now a lot of them come narrower and only 25" high

I will probably spray it so it's waterproof. Pricey. but worth it I guess since it fits!!

Crate cover snaps

There were no instructions showing how to use the snaps to hold the fabric up for the door. All the snaps seem to be the female part with one strap on both sides

There were no instructions showing how to use the snaps to hold the fabric up for the door. All the snaps seem to be the female part with one strap on both sides with one male snap each. It's not functional so I just lay the door portion over top of crate. Otherwise nice canvas fabric with pipin^ along edges and seams for a good fit. We chose the leaf pattern.
