Broken handle

The food scooper arrived with the handle broken. Putting it in the box with a 30 pound bag of food probably wasn’t a good idea.

The measurements are not even close. The “1 cup” is closer to 1-1/2 cups.

Had to buy

The scoop was not needed, but I had to purchase SOMETHING in order to get 'free' shipping. Can you change the amount required to include shipping? I must buy prescription

The scoop was not needed, but I had to purchase SOMETHING in order to get 'free' shipping. Can you change the amount required to include shipping? I must buy prescription dog food, and there are very few places that carry it in my area. And yes, your prices on it are good. I remember the free shipping cost during the holidays was 35 dollars or so. Under other circumstances, I would recommend the scoop.

Great Food Scooper for Large Dogs

I did not have a food scooper before this. I would just scoop the food with the bowl and guess how much food my dogs would get. Thankfully, now that we have this

I did not have a food scooper before this. I would just scoop the food with the bowl and guess how much food my dogs would get. Thankfully, now that we have this scooper, I can say my dogs get exactly 2 scoops (4 cups) of food which was what our vet. recommended. It also has a small hook on the back that I can hand on my food container which has been super helpful so that I do not have to keep it inside the bin. It is made of thin plastic which makes it light, but is still durable to our heavy dog food.

This scoop, while sturdy, is a bit deceptive. Even the 2 cup fill line is a little more than 2 cups. When compared to measuring devices from the kitchen, 1 cup comes up to below the marked 1 cup line. Same with the 2 cup measure. It would be very easy to overfeed your dogs solely using this scoop.
