See Details for instructions to redeem.Give your dog a well-designed space just for them with this heavy-duty wire crate kit by Frisco! You get the whole kit you need to create a special spot just for them—the crate, the comfy mat and the base pan. It’s designed to fit and work well in tighter spaces, with dual sliding doors on the front and side instead of traditional swinging doors that take up space and often get in the way. It’s easy to set up and take down with no tools required—just unfold it and lock the panels in place to provide your pet the private place they need, wherever they are. With its enhanced locking system, this crate also simplifies the process of securing your dog’s spot down to one simple step. Plus, with teal accents on the lock and carrying handle, along with the piping on the crate mat, this crate not only works great but looks great, too. This is just the upgrade your pet’s private place deserves!

Repeating what others have said about plastic feet. They can come off and become a chew, swallow hazard. Remove them when you get the crate. Sliding doors are really pretty great. Much more convenient. No problems with them so far. The front door has problems though. The plastic latch is, well, plastic. They need to find a more solid, preferably metal solution for this. It's another chew attractor. Also, the screws that hold it in place come loose. They need to add thread lock to these when they assemble it. The lock washers don't seem to do the trick and/or poorly assembled. Overall, pretty good so far.
The cage itself is great. It's slightly bigger than another 36" cage I have in another brand. I love the locking mechanism on this cage, it is much more secure along with the single door. It also looks more attractive than a basic cage which is nice if you have it set up all of the time. It seems to be very sturdy and durable. I knocked off one star due to the item having obvious signs of wear, as if it had been a return. Paint had rubbed off on certain contact points. This does not affect the use of the cage for me, just a minor annoyance when you are buying "new" product. Seems to happen from time to time at any store. Overall - good purchase.
This create is amazing! Easy set up. Sturdy and the sliding barn doors are perfect for my apartment. It takes up a lot less room. It's very roomy, a little big for my GSD at 4 months but will fit him prefect when he's done growing. My pup and my grandkids love it!
This crate is made very well, it says heavy-duty, and it really is. Love the sliding doors, no more running into the crate door. It does come with the pan and a padded mattress. great quality all the way around. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
I can't say this crate is really "heavy duty". Our 1 yo beagle with separation anxiety bent several of the vertical bars with his head. At least he wasn't able to get out.
We really love this crate and am so Happy Birthday with my decision. We purchased 2 others from other stores, unboxed, setup, and then had to return. This crate is fabulous! The barn door sliding feature gives the large crate a smaller footprint than a standard 2 door crate. The push button release door opener on the front is nice. I hope it doesn’t break though. (We are not using that side at this time.) Santa had TPLO surgery and must be crate bound for several weeks to keep her from jumping. The open barn doors allow her to lay either in her crate or on a large, comfy dog bed in front of her crate. That gives her just a little more leg room while her leg is healing. She was able to move in and out of the barn doors with the full cone of shame on. With a standard door we had to remove the cone each time we took her in & out. I removed 1 star for the following reasons: 1. The left door sticks and catches when sliding. The right door slides easily back-and-forth but the left is slightly finicky and can sometimes take 2 hands to slide. 2. It only comes with one carry handle. We bought the 42” and it’s a heavy crate. It would be amazing to have a second handle for two people to easily carry it without pinching their fingers in between the metal. 3. I wish the 3 doors handles had some type of matching teal rubber or plastic to cover the metal handles and make them a tad easier to see, especially in low light situations. 4. The crate mat is a very hard foam and is not suitable as a bed. I have it under the bed so that her actual bed is raised and flush with the metal lip. This makes it easier for my patient to step in & out. You shouldn’t advertise and charge more for this added “crate mat”. Those 4 drawbacks were not enough for me to return the crate. If Chewy can remedy some of these things for me, then I’ll rise the rating to 5 stars. Extra handles? Rubber grips to slip on the 3 handles? Softer crate mat? Overall, Santa and I totally love this crate and urge others to buy it as well.
This crate is well made and a breeze to assemble. Doors slide open and shut very easily. Probably one of the best crates we have bought for the money.
Needed a bigger crate with a large door because of a cone of shame being worn by our pet Bailey. Bailey had cataracts surgery on both eyes. He has a large amount of room. The pad is nice and the double door slides open giving a big opening. But more than that this is one of the nicest crates I have ever purchased. Very strong and heavy.
Easy to snap together and take apart, great turquoise trim, very secure doors with doubly secured hinges that leave no room for doubt as to whether the crate doors are open or shut. The handle is hard to get on, but that's the least of any concern as it's still pretty easy to get a good grip to carry it since there are two clips on the side that keep it collapsed and contained. Good water-resistant mat for the bed. Sturdy wire material. Tray is easy to slide out.
This is nice and roomy. Love the sliding gates. Crate is very sturdy. We will see how if fares. Only thing did not like was the open space on side bottom to slip tray out. I would never have to do that and it leaves too big section that is open, toys can fall thru , pet can get his paw caught etc. My husband had to buy wood and make a wood part to fit there and attached it with an o ring. So if you do want to able to slide tray out this is for if not, do not buy it, unless you are handy and want the added expensive of fixing it so there is no opening.
