Your Packaging Engineer Needs to be Fired

I received this dog crate as a gift for a rescue dog. It took me HOURS to get it set up; I have bruises on my hands and I am so frustrated! I had to use pliers and

I received this dog crate as a gift for a rescue dog. It took me HOURS to get it set up; I have bruises on my hands and I am so frustrated! I had to use pliers and a hammer to bend the wires to get this crate functional. Your directions JUST MIGHT WORK if you didn't package the wire crate separator top side up to get entangled with the sides and doors. There was NO WAY to get the door to pull up! I had to bend the clasp keeping the bottom pan in place; take out the pan and extremely firm and uncomfortable pad, then bend the wires of the crate separator (that you would only use if you want to adjust the space the dog has) until it dislodged from the front and back of the crate. The crate does not attach to the sides and the bottom locks do not work. Also, I didn't get the soft fleece bed either. Save your money. How kind of my neighbor to donate this; too bad it doesn't work as it should.
