stopped working after 1 week

It’s clean

I didn’t realize just how dirty and moldy the old motor had gotten. I also now only put distilled water in their fountain and that is making a world of difference

Buy a different model fountain

I love the fountain that this is designed for but this pump is so cheaply made that this is the third one I've had to order as the first two burned out quickly

I love the fountain that this is designed for but this pump is so cheaply made that this is the third one I've had to order as the first two burned out quickly. Do not let them run dry even for a few minutes or it will be no good. They are unfixable and high maintenance to keep the water levels correct at all times.
